At first glance it’s kinda funny. There is a worm on the loose (specifically in Australia) that will login to your iphone and change the default wallpaper to Rick Astley, essentially RickRolling you. (link from Gizmodo)

However, the problem is the “how” they changed your wallpaper. You see, if you jailbreak your iPhone and you don’t change the default SSH password then somebody can hack into your iPhone. This particular guy just changed the wallpaper, but somebody a little more devious can get into your iPhone and do a lot more damage. Stealing your contacts is just the minimum. How about passwords, credit card numbers, and anything else you might do on your phone.
