I think this has to be the coldest day so far this year.
My car did NOT want to start this morning. It did that noise that cars make when it sounds like the engine is frozen together and the starter has to pry it apart.
Then, I had to go across the street to buy a cheesecake for the office holiday party today. Brutal. I didn’t think I was going to make it. I got a phone call on the walk, and about a minute of holding the phone to my head and I couldn’t. feel. my. hands. There was no one else outside. I felt like they were all staring at me from their office windows placing bets as to whether or not I’d succumb to the cold.
