Thankfully my TV and internet has been restored. Can I just say that no one should ever have to go 3 days without cable or internet? The phone i don’t really care about since I hate talking on the phone anyway, but the TV and internet? Geez…
Turns out TruGreen cut the cable at some point during their “restoration” of the grass they killed. Basically they tore up half the lawn and laid down new sod. Looks real nice, like a soccer field. BUT they cut the stupid cable lines. And Cox wasn’t much help since they alternately kept saying there was or wasn’t an outtage and “Don’t worry it should be up in a few hours”. I had to beg and plead for the appointment to get moved up from Tuesday to Monday to Sunday. Then the guy came out on Saturday instead! I’ve never been so happy to have somebody miss an appointment.
Well, its back now and I will just have to put this behind me and move on.
