Today Zack Snyder posted the first picture of the Ben Affleck Batman.

The image, also featuring the Batmobile, promptly went viral across all the geek sites.

I can’t get enough detail in the suit to judge it. It does, however remind me a lot of the Kryptonian suits from Man of Steel including Superman’s. Zoom in on the larger image above and you’ll see what I mean. It doesn’t look *exactly* like the weave on the Kryptonian suits, but maybe it’s inspired by or somehow related to them? Judge for yourself…

Of course, this is after he posted this teaser yesterday in which you can see the rear of the Batmobile. It looks only a little like the Nolan Batmobile (huge tires, sloped profile), but it looks much racier, almost a little like the Burton Batmobile. In fact, maybe a mix of the two isn’t a bad analogy.
