AICN has the full list of TV shows sorted by either date or alphabetically (by name of the show) at this here link.

True Beauty, the Bachelor and Superstars of Dance (ick) have already started (more on that later). Other shows I’m looking forward to watching at least once:

  • Homeland Security USA (ABC) Jan. 6
  • 24 (Fox) Jan. 11
  • American Idol (Fox) Jan. 13
  • America’s Best Dance Crew (MTV) Jan. 15
  • Battlestar Galactica (SciFi) Jan. 16
  • Fringe (Fox) Jan. 20
  • Lie To Me (Fox) Jan. 21
  • Lost (ABC) Jan. 21
  • Hell’s Kitchen (Fox) Jan. 29
  • Office (NBC) Feb. 1
  • Chuck (NBC) Feb. 2
  • Heroes (NBC) Feb. 2
  • Dollhouse (Fox) Feb. 13
  • Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (Fox) Feb. 13

I haven’t watched 24 in years, but I figure I’ll give it one, maybe two episodes tops, and see if it catches my eye  before I give up on it. I’m putting Homeland Security USA (I’m sorry, is there Homeland Security in other countries?) and Lie to Me in the same pile of “it might be OK”. Dollhouse is a Josh Whedon (Firefly/Serenity) production with a really interesting idea. However, the buzz around the net is not too good and the short clip I saw a few weeks ago was shockingly bad. This one is on a short leash.

American Idol, America’s best Dance Crew, and Hell’s Kitchen are tops on my list of reality TV. ABDC is great all the way through, and Idol has enough comedy in the beginning to keep me going until the end.

By far, the shows I am most looking forward to are Battlestar Galatica’s final half-season and the “next-to-last-i-think” season of Lost. I will definitely be bolted to my sofa for those. Heroes, Fringe, and Terminator are a step behind them. The Office and Chuck are good for a chuckle or two.
