I see this everyday. Some random kid wandering around wreaking havoc and no parent in sight. I always wonder “Where are your parents?” because when I was that age, I was confined by an invisible leash that just so happened to be equal to the striking distance of my mother. If I went any further… I would mysteriously blackout and wake up a few days later.
